As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately assessing their automotive service needs and providing comprehensive recommendations. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, documenting their concerns, scheduling service appointments, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process. We are looking for individuals who have a strong passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle's service needs
- Provide accurate and detailed service recommendations to customers based on their vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle and any additional service requests
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate, based on customer needs and recommendations from the service technicians
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or in a related customer service role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using computer systems and automotive software
