We are on the hunt for a capable and proactive self-starter to join our team to support the day-to-day marketing and business development activities for the agency. From providing strategic project support to assisting with pitches, presentations, and events, this position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and business development realms. What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

  • Business Development. Conduct comprehensive research, including the analysis of news clips and social conversations and mapping relationships. Edit and proofread proposals, presentations, and pitches, as well as assist in the creation of slide decks. Help track progress against set goals.
  • Marketing. Provide project management support for various marketing-oriented events, awards, and thought leadership opportunities. Collaborate on content development for BPI's social media channels and contribute to content updates for BPI's website. Assist in coordinating responses to inbound media requests.
  • Business Operations. Manage contacts database efficiently and oversee subscriptions. This role demands meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.


What You Bring

  • 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the business services sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and execute simultaneous projects.
  • Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills and an exacting attention to detail in work product.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp, Squarespace, Meltwater, and/or Cision a plus.

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role of $50,000-$66,500 with an annual discretionary bonus and generous benefits.Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
