We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join the team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and establish project goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project designs and plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
PMP certification preferred.
