Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a leading engineering and design firm, EDT specializes in providing innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills, who is committed to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure project success
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and change orders
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license
