Responsibilities:
  1. Package Pickup: Collect packages from distribution centers or designated pickup points, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
  2. Delivery Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes using navigation tools and delivery management systems to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
  3. Safe Transportation: Drive delivery vehicles responsibly and safely, adhering to traffic laws and regulations to minimize the risk of accidents or incidents.
  4. Package Delivery: Deliver packages to customers' doorsteps or specified delivery locations, verifying recipient identity and obtaining signatures or proof of delivery as required.
  5. Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Problem Resolution: Handle delivery-related issues promptly and effectively, such as incorrect addresses, missing items, or delivery delays, to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  7. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of delivery vehicles.
  8. Communication: Maintain open communication with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to provide status updates, report any issues or concerns, and coordinate delivery logistics.
  9. Time Management: Manage delivery schedules and deadlines effectively to meet or exceed delivery targets and service level agreements.
  10. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivered packages, including delivery confirmations, customer signatures, and any relevant documentation required for tracking and reporting purposes.
  11. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
  12. Continuous Improvement: Participate in training programs, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions to enhance delivery skills, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the delivery operation.
