Requirements
We're hiring for a Growth Marketing Lead. The Growth Marketing Lead reports to the head of Growth and is directly responsible for driving user growth and demand generation using all the online channels.
What will you do?
- Strategy - Develop growth strategy to achieve the business objectives. Create, own and evangelize operating plans
- Channel ownership - Own all digital marketing channels and be accountable for end to end outcomes around scale and ROI. Work with all cross-functional stakeholders such as Product, Sales, Content & Offline marketing teams to drive channel success.
- Team Leadership - Lead a team of 8-10 individuals across performance marketing, Campaign, Product partnership and new initiatives.
- Innovation: Creatively devise and experiment with new-age growth loops that are relevant to Apna's context.
Who are we looking for?
- A smart person who loves numbers and is data-first. Should be comfortable with data and excel sheets
- A creative at heart who likes dissecting ads and is able to articulate the good from the bad. Someone who thinks customer-first
- A consumer-first person who is able to generate actionable insights through consumer research.
- Hands on Performance marketing experience is mandatory.
- Someone who displays extreme ownership, even in ambiguous situations. Ability to inspire a team, cross-functional team-members.
