Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth initiatives and take ownership of the growth product roadmap.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and trend identification to build informed product decisions and growth strategies. 
  • Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of product features and enhancements to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation and utilize data insights to evaluate the performance of growth initiatives for maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on driving growth for digital products or platforms(preferably in consumer-facing tech companies)
  • Must have experience in leading communication products and marketing tech stacks.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement creative, data-driven solutions to scale user growth across various channels.
  • Experience in optimizing acquisition funnels, crafting compelling onboarding experiences, and driving user activation.
  • Possess a growth mindset: Live and breathe experimentation, ability to interpret user data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable product strategies, and ruthlessly prioritize for impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
