Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients
  • Understand and analyze client needs and provide solutions to achieve their objectives
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective account strategies
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or a similar role within the internet industry
  • Strong understanding of the Indian job market and professional networking landscape
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
