Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the registered nurses or physicians.
- Assist with routine diagnostic tests and collect samples for laboratory analysis.
- Document patients' medical history, symptoms, and any changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of CA.
- Previous experience as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role.
- Knowledge of nursing care principles and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
