Teachers On Demand, INC is looking for a Long-Term Substitute Spanish Teacher to partner with our amazing Partner School in Dorchester, MA.

POSITION

Long-Term Substitute Spanish Teacher (Dorchester, MA)

Schedule: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding school holidays) (early release on Fridays)

COMPENSATION
$235.00 Per Day

The school is a public charter school educating young scholars from Kindergarten to 12th Grade. The school is dedicated to providing outstanding, transformative education to prepare its students for success in college, further education, and beyond. As our partners' primary provider, we seek reliable and accountable educators to join our team of educators at our partner schools.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Required)
  • Spanish fluency and teaching experience (Required)
  • Valid teaching certification/license (Nice to have)
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a classroom setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and administration.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology tools.
  • Experience in lesson planning and preparation.
