JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organized team player to join our Global Cards team. The Global Cards team is responsible for driving material profit and customer engagement to Marriott International, with significant growth goals. In partnership with internal colleagues and leading international financial institutions this role is responsible for tracking and helping grow our Marriott Bonvoy international credit card portfolio as Marriott expands into new markets and extends existing programs. This role will support the strategic growth of the Marriott cobrand portfolio by serving as the center of excellence for sales, contracting and pre-launch planning.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related major AND
3 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance OR
7 years of relevant professional experience in international marketing and sales, the financial industry, business development or legal support
Experience managing projects
Education and Experience Preferred
Demonstrated ability managing competing priorities and collaborating with internal and external partners
Proven track record of success working in a fast-paced organization
Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong organizational skills
Interest in, or experience with, the financial industry a plus
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Sales/Business Development support
Track and maintain Business Development Pipeline
Support Director, Business Development and Continent teams with outreach planning and contact management
Collect financial, legal and network requirements for new business development opportunities
Complete marketing and trademark research and due diligence in partnership with internal teams
Manage NDAs, bank term sheets and Network RFP tracking
Maintain and update business development sales materials
Help with the coordination of internal and external meetings and logistics
Contract Management
Serve as center of excellence for contract management
Manage contracts database, terms and conditions database, privacy and audit checklists
Prepare, submit and track contracts and SOWs (Statement of Work) for internal review and approval
Track contractual obligations including notice requirements, key deadlines and operating committee responsibilities
Prepare contract summaries detailing card value proposition, key terms, marketing channels and reporting requirements for each new or renewed agreement
Pre Launch Planning
Prepare card benefits overview, Terms & Conditions, activation toolkit, CEC materials, reporting template and other templates in partnership with the launch lead and continents
Support launch and cards marketing teams as necessary to prepare bank prospects for market launch
Other
Develop summary reporting and presentations using Marriott and bank monthly data
Help maintain repository of market acquisition offers and results to better understand key business drivers for acquisitions
Support Cards team as necessary to achieve departmental goals including account acquisitions, fee and card spend goals

California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually.
Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $162,366.00 annually.
Hawaii Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $101,096.00 to $178,603.00 annually.
New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually.
Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550.00 to $178,603.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
