The Manager, Treasury will be responsible for the entire liquidity position for NTT Global Data Centers Americas and all its subsidiaries. The role will direct, perform, and reconcile activities and systems involving the management of cash, debt, and investment/equity resources. This role oversees cash management, debt administration, and external communication with pertinent internal and external financial investors and institutions. This role will have multiple direct reports and will aid in selecting, developing, and evaluating the team to ensure efficient operation of the function. The Manager, Treasury will be responsible for the day-to-day cash and debt processing and accounting for all entities under NTT Global Data Centers Americas. This will include opening new bank accounts, maintaining company's banking and debt information, scheduling electronic payments, reconciling accounts, researching, and forecasting to ensure sufficient working capital. Regular, predictable attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages, maintains, and enhances daily cash management including reconciliation among all systems involved including Oracle cash register
Owner of the daily cash position for up to 20 bank accounts individually and consolidated
Owner of the 13-week cash liquidity forecast, with inputs from accounting and other departments
Performs discrete cash and debt forecasting on a weekly basis
Schedules all wire payments, including affiliate debt interest payments
Manages refinance or settlement of term notes
Directs requirements for short-term liquidity needs
Owner of the flow of funds from acquisition or divestment activity, including joint-venture investment activity
Maintains listing of all company bank accounts with all the related information
Manages the cash control procedures and responsibility matrices
Works with parent treasury group to open or close accounts as needed
Maintains listing of all corporate credit cards and credit card facilities, including opening, closing and suspending credit cards
Communicates large transactions to parent treasury group when payments exceed daily limits
Manages all payment failures and exceptions and works directly with the bank and treasury to resolve issues
Ensures compliance with parent company treasury policy
Reconciles intercompany balances and schedules intercompany advances and settlements
Manages and reconciles statement of Equity
Clears daily cash transactions in Oracle and performs cash reconciliations
Liquidity subject matter expert on projects such as system enhancements and business integrations
Performs other accounting/finance duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Advanced knowledge of financial accounting including US GAAP and IFRS
Expert knowledge of banking terminology including debt and equity agreements
Experience with foreign bank accounts and transactions
Experience with treasury processes, responsibility matrices and process controls
Experience with complex credit agreements and hedging of interest rates
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Oracle or other large ERP system preferred
Proficient use of other Microsoft programs such as Word, Power Point and Outlook
Able to be highly confidential
Able to work in a team environment and can work independently
Manages stress and/or fast-paced environment effectively

What will make you a good fit for the role?
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited school.
At least 8 years of previous work experience in a fast-paced role related to a treasury/accounting environment
At least 3 years of treasury supervisor or management experience
Strong understanding and previous experience with cash reconciliations
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending
Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Able to climb a ladder and work on a raised platform.
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be onsite in a shared worked environment.
Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license. This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable. NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $106,000 - $153,000. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
