We are looking to hire a Training Coordinator position for our Head Office in Bengaluru.
Required Educational Qualification : BA/ BSC / B com /BBA/ MA /M Com

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain documentation, records, and reports related to operational activities.
- Work with the customers to plan the trainings and publish a training calendar
- Schedule the trainings and ensure the same is delivered flawlessly.
- Work with the channel partners, keeping them updated and help them with signups.
- Market available training to customers and provide necessary information about sessions
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Requirements
- Candidates must have 0 to 01 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Should have knowledge about Canva.
- Local (Bangalore) candidates will be given preference.
