New Hope, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide essential support to our executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for managing calendars, arranging travel itineraries, and handling administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, gaining valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of the business.


Responsibilities
  • Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Conduct research and gather necessary information for meetings and projects
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
