Bergsen is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Purchasing Manager in driving our procurement success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks for the Purchasing Manager.
  2. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient operations.
  3. Act as a liaison between internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
  4. Support in creating and maintaining strategic purchasing plans.
  5. Help identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to efficient supply chain management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a procurement or purchasing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Understanding of procurement processes (preferred but not required).

Salary Range:$113,000 - $127,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
