Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare source data for program entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Process suppliers source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents for resolution.
- Maintain data entry requirements and updates with our various vendors.
- Manage client specific contracts to process them and make them available in the system.
- Create reports on data quality and other information (volume, demand, accuracy, coverage) needed by Pricing managers.
- Be a team-player and assist the rest of team and any Sales requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business,market analysis, or a closely related field.
- Minimum experience of 2-5 years relevant experience
Requirements
Your Proficiencies- Strong analytical skills in mathematics, statistics, and computer science
- Very good command of MS Excel, Macros and VBa
- Good communication skills and a self-starter attitude, with attention to detail and focused on results and productivity
- Problem-solving skills to deliver quick and efficient solutions autonomously
- Ability to prioritize and proactiveness to foresee issues and provide solutions
- Excellent organizational skills (project management) and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving attitude with a focus on timely delivery and ownership of results
- Able to handle multiple simultaneous projects, highly organized and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment
- Ability to work comfortably in a group/collaborative setting
- Natural curiosity to learn technologies, business models, and industry trends
- Result-oriented, self-motivated and proactive; needing minimal supervision
- Well-spoken and written English level
