Job Description

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell products or services to potential customers. You'll be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with our company's offerings. Your duties may include:
  1.  Actively prospecting for new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods. Engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements and present our products or services effectively.
  2.  Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Tailoring presentations to match the specific needs and interests of each client.
  3. Negotiating terms and pricing agreements with clients to close sales deals. Handling objections and addressing concerns to overcome barriers to the sale.
  4. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  5.  Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  6.  Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and revenue forecasts. Providing regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
  7. Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of Work Experience in Sales Role
2. Fluent English communication & interpersonal required.
3. Must be good in negotiation & convincing skills.
4. Research and onboard new clients
