Digiex Web Services Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of IT and digital marketing solutions, catering to a diverse clientele across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist with a strong background in IT and digital marketing sales.
As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with potential clients. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone to introduce our IT and digital marketing solutions
- Identify and assess client needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies for lead generation and sales growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently exceeding sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the IT or digital marketing industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT and digital marketing solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
Qualification
High School or equivalent
