An experienced consulting professional who has understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately sophisticated customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Efficiently consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately sophisticated projects. Demonstrated ability relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate successfully, establish trust with team members and clients. Responsibilities
Detailed Specifications: Over 6 years of relevant IT experience with 3 years in Fusion Cloud data migration through FBDI, Fusion Reporting using BI Publisher, OTBI & FRS and Integrations (OIC/ICS/SOACS) based implementations as a Technical Developer.
Good exposure of Oracle Fusion ERP cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, etc.
Role is an Individual Contributor role and Technical Lead. Being Hands-On is a critical requirement.
Must Have:
Experience in Solution designing for Customer engagements in the Fusion Data Migration, Reporting and Integration (OIC/SOA Suite) space
Drive detailed design for customer requirements and able to develop codes, test and deliver on time
Conduct Design review to provide mentorship and Quality assurance around standard methodologies and frameworks
Unique skills like PCS/VBCS/ODI/BPM/BICC are plus.
Good understanding of Oracle EBS data models for data migration from EBS to Fusion Cloud Education : BE/ B Tech/ MCA Location: Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Noida/Hyderabad Ready to travel onsite Strong in Communication and Consulting skills
Detailed Responsibilities: Work on designated skills, Data Migration and Reporting or Integrations (OIC, ODI, and SOA) Consultant to adhere to secure coding standards published by Oracle Consultant to ensure quality and timely delivery of their work and as per the project management plan Consultant to work with internal (Oracle Consulting, Prod Dev, Support teams etc.) and external customers Consultant will work on their IDP setup by the hiring manager Consultant to align with the Team Goals setup during every FY Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teammate, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and sharing the knowledge and client management.
