Job Summary

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage the monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations.
Prepare management reports defining key indicators and metrics and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
Support on Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations, commentary & bridges to BU Leadership teams.
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis along with Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
Drive the advancement of business intelligence and intelligent automation initiatives within the Finance function as well as serving as the Finance Champion for BI/IA programs for the overall business.
Provie the leadership team with insights on profitability planning, current & future orders profitability & required sales volume to meet financial targets.
Monitoring performance indicators & preform 360 degrees cost centre analysis to identify & explain abnormalities.
Develop financial models and analysis to support critical initiatives.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and asset management.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Finance Professional with minimum 4/5year of work experience in FP&A Domain
Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, manages complexities & Manages ambiguity.
Ability to think creatively, driven, and self-motivated.
Demonstrated ability to roll-up your sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
High standards of accuracy and highly organized.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management
Power BI or related presentation tools
