Your Role
As a RevElate Patient Accounting focused Senior Knowledge Leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to proactively improve processes and create standard content. In this role you will develop workflow methodology strategy and recommendations across multiple solutions. This role will support Commercial and CommunityWorks RevElate initiatives. The Senior Knowledge Leader will also provide instruction on utilization and application of methodology and tools. Finally, the Senior Knowledge Leader will advise on complex workflow and integration points, and coach and mentor consultants and other knowledge leaders. This role's responsibilities include: Provides domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise
Authors and develops associate-facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentation
Educates associates to appropriately leverage methodology and standard recommendations
Consults with cross-functional internal stakeholders to identify priorities for standard content enhancements, process improvements, methodology updates, and resulting client impacts
Manages issues logged via problem management process

About You
You have a deep understanding of Cerner Patient Accounting, Soarian Financials, and/or RevElate Patient Accounting
You have successfully worked as a Patient Accounting consultant providing domain, implementation, and workflow design
You are considered a RevElate Patient Accounting Knowledge Leader/Subject Matter Expert
You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to determine process, methodology and driving continuous process improvement
You are committed to continuous learning
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
About your background and qualifications
You have at least 5 years of experience providing solutions and workflow design
You have experience leading engagement delivery services
You have experience with the Consulting Framework
You have Cerner and/or Soarian Financials applications and content development experience
You have one or more of the following solution experiences: RevElate Patient Accounting or Soarian Financials
You have Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) Consulting experience
You have a background offering HCIT support, been in a client-facing role, or offered HCIT solutions
You exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1.
