Role:
We are looking for an experienced product leader to join our core product group to shape the future of job search in India. You will play a key role in accomplishing our company goal to connect candidates to opportunities i.e. improving matchmaking and elevating hiring experiences of both candidates and recruiters. This is a unique opportunity to own and drive the experience and retention of millions of users.Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and evangelize the vision for the future of job search on apna and develop product strategies and roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, QE and more to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
- Define and track key candidate and employer engagement and retention metrics. Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure the best job search experience.
- Drive experimentation to validate hypotheses, optimize features, and iterate on product improvements.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to gain deep insights into candidate and employer needs, behaviors, and preferences, and translate those insights into product requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the jobs industry, generative AI, HRtech, and leverage deep market knowledge to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align product strategies with business objectives
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent role
- Experience building products with a demonstrated ability to drive product roadmaps, development, and launch
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies
- Ability to lead and align several teams, with a track record for driving complex product planning and development
- Ability to understand deeply technical systems and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Previous experience with products like Mixpanel, Clevertap, Branch
