As an Integrated Technologies Architect on the Tiger Institute Device Integration team, you will be responsible for providing onsite implementation services to University of Missouri Health Care (MUHC) for medical device connectivity products. These services include the integrated technology deployments of hardware, software and clinical workflow consulting. As a member of the Device Integration team, you will be focused on collaboratively guiding MUHC users with net new, add-on, and optimization deployments of integrated devices in various clinical settings. This includes integration of lab analyzers, anesthesia systems, patient monitoring, respiratory ventilators, infusion pumps, and medication dispensing cabinets. You will be responsible for collaborating across organizations with IP and strategy to enhance, identify defects, and update documentation cross our products. You will support MUHC users through regular project events, testing calls, status meetings, and conversion support across multiple products. As a Technology Architect, you are bridging the gap between IP and the healthcare system at the University of Missouri. \#LI-ITWORKS
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities: Perform onsite and remote implementation of CareAware Device Integration products Facilitate technical discovery and provide technical expertise based on the client specific environment Assist with the development and enhancement of CareAware products, methodologies, documentation, and best practices for technical implementations Establish internal and external relationships to create a high level of client satisfaction via product delivery Manage effective internal communication and planning across multi-product deployments Manage multiple work assignments to meet utilization targets Effectively maintain knowledge of CareAware Device Integration across multiple products Be an escalation point for issues across our products, and triage issues to Engineering and Support Management as appropriate Provide coaching and guidance to internal stakeholders in areas of product expertise Preferred Qualifications: 2 years' experience implementing software products in a healthcare/technology environment. 1-3 years' experience with medical devices such as anesthesia carts, physiological monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and/or laboratory analyzers Understanding of clinical workflow in areas of healthcare facilities such as ED, ICU, Med Surg, Laboratory, and Perioperative units as it pertains to medical devices Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly 1-3 years' experience Linux platform knowledge or other related technologies 3 years' experience with SQL, relational databases, and/or other query-based languages 3 year of experience with integration engines and understanding of technical network architectures and data flow Strong oral and written communication skills, including a high level of comfort interacting with internal and external stakeholders up to the mid-manager level Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US: Hiring Range: from $22.93 to $48.08 per hour; from $47,700 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
